| Between 2007 and 2009, judgment debtor [REDACTED] Construction Company in Zhejiang failed to perform its obligations in over 40 cases in courts in Hangzhou, Taizhou, Huzhou, Jinhua, Zhoushan and other places in Zhejiang Province as the judgment debtor, and the amounts requested totaled over 26,000,000 yuan. The underlying causes of action in these cases included sales contract disputes, construction contract disputes, processing contract disputes and leasing contract disputes. | | 2007至2009年間，被執行人浙江某建設公司在浙江省杭州、臺州、湖州、金華、舟山等地法院有40余件案件未履行，涉及標的金額共計2600多萬元。這些案件的案由包括買賣合同糾紛、建設工程承包合同糾紛、承攬合同糾紛、租賃合同糾紛等。 |
| ．．．．．． | | 在執行過程中，被執行人認為這些糾紛引起的債務應由各地的項目經營部或項目經理個人承擔，項目經營部與公司總部之間財務獨立，公司總部不應承擔履行義務，因而態度消極，對調查財產等很少配合。2009年3月，浙江省高級人民法院（以下簡稱浙江高院）執行局與浙江省信用中心建立了聯建共享省公共聯合征信平臺的工作機制，浙江高院通過全省法院執行案件管理系統將全省各級法院所有超過3個月未實際執結的案件信息提取出來，包括被執行人姓名（單位名稱、法定代表人姓名）、身份證號碼（組織機構代碼）、住址、未履行金額、案號、執行法院等信息，分別形成個人和單位未履行生效裁判失信信息數據庫，交省信用中心導入省聯合公共征信平臺，在信用浙江網上予以公開，供社會各界開放查詢，并應用于金融、招投標和政府監管等領域，促進信用聯防獎懲機制的形成。該建筑公司的上述40余起案件均在公布之列，形成40多條失信記錄。 |
