Between 2007 and 2009, judgment debtor [REDACTED] Construction Company in Zhejiang failed to perform its obligations in over 40 cases in courts in Hangzhou, Taizhou, Huzhou, Jinhua, Zhoushan and other places in Zhejiang Province as the judgment debtor, and the amounts requested totaled over 26,000,000 yuan.
