1. Basic Facts		（一）基本案情
Yijian Merchandise Concrete Co., Ltd. in Zhengzhou (“Yijian Company”) applied for enforcement with regard to its sales contract dispute with Guojian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in Henan (“Guojian Company”). The Huiji District People's Court of Zhengzhou City (the “Huiji District Court”) rendered a judgment that Guojian Company should pay Yijian Company 210,013.85 yuan for goods plus 12,226 yuan in liquidated damages and other actual expenses.		鄭州一建商品混凝土有限公司（以下簡稱鄭州一建公司）申請執行河南國建建設工程有限公司（以下簡稱河南國建公司）買賣合同糾紛一案，鄭州市惠濟區人民法院（以下簡稱惠濟區法院）判決河南國建公司支付鄭州一建公司貨款210013.85元及12226元的違約金等實際費用。
．．．．．．		河南國建公司沒有按照判決內容履行法律義務，鄭州一建公司向惠濟區法院申請強制執行。
		執行立案后，惠濟區法院向河南國建公司送達了執行通知書和申報財產令，限其三日內自動履行義務，河南國建公司未按執行通知書履行義務，也未向執行法院申報財產。經執行法院調查，河南國建公司無銀行存款等可供執行的財產，但該公司仍在正常經營。執行人員到河南國建公司位于金水區的辦公場所進行現場執行，雙方當事人因利息數額等問題發生爭執打斗，場面一度失控。經執行法院耐心做工作，河南國建公司支付部分案件款，后經多次傳喚拒不到庭，且隨后變更公司辦公地址逃避執行。
